We’ve got a new Creative Director. And he’s a cracking one

We’re thrilled to welcome James Pash to KWP+Partners as our new Creative Director.
Pash brings 18 years of experience across London, Sydney, and Dublin — with award wins at Cannes, D&AD, D&AD Impact, The One Show, Clios, and Kinsale to his name. He joins us from Sydney independent Emotive, where he was Creative Director, and before that held senior roles at Droga5 Dublin, TBWA Sydney, Leo Australia, and BMF.
It’s a significant hire for us, and one that builds real strength into an already strong national creative team across Adelaide, Darwin, and Fremantle.
Sam Talbot, our Executive Director of Advertising, put it plainly: “Pash is the kind of creative who rarely comes onto the market. The work is exceptional, the humour isn’t far behind, and he’s a cracking human with it. He adds real strength to an already strong national creative team, and I’m thrilled to welcome him into the fold.”
Pash, for his part, had this to say: “Unusually for a new role, I wasn’t lured, snared, poached, or hunted Hard Target-style; which I really appreciated. But more than that, KWP’s philosophy and ambition is clear, the team is growing across SA, WA and the NT, and we have a really interesting client mix, so there’s plenty to get excited about. That includes not being asked to use this release to talk about how we’re seamlessly integrating AI across our daily workflow.”
The appointment caps off a strong 12 months — consistent award wins, new client appointments, and commercial growth across all three offices. We’re building something here. Pash is a big part of what comes next.
